Glad for the opportunity to discuss my problems with a knowing and detailed professional. My initial tests, x-Rays, and script serve to let me know that positive steps are being taken.

I believe that Dr Tao is a very good rheumatologist, but I've always felt that the wait time was ridiculous. I would love it if I could be seen within 15-20 minutes of my scheduled appointment time, barring any emergencies, of course. It hasn't happened in the 5-6 years that I've been seeing Dr Tao. I understand the fact that each patient is different, etc, but wait time has always been between 30 minutes to over an hour, with no emergency.

Dr. Tao is a very thorough physician. He took the time to actually listen to my concerns and understood my worries about my family history. I have recommended him to several friends and family.

The Dr. seems nice. I like how he listened to me and my history of Lupus, I am not a fan however of being at a doctor for 2 hours, nor was I a fan of the front desk staff. As a new patient you should probably give them an overview on where to park, greet them when they arrive, answer the phones while they call during regular business hours. None of these were done on 9/30/2014.

First of all, I was the first patient arrived at Dr. Tao's office, he walked in right after me. immediately after I was taken to the waiting room, he had a fight with one of his assistant, the quarrel was so loud I could hear it in the room. Right after his ordeal, he walked in to check on me, he was obviously distracted.
He did not provide any exam, just told me to continue to follow the prescription without any explanation, and told me to do a blood test. I waited for an hour to do a blood test in his office, and another half hour to get my prescription, and when I finally get my prescription, there are several medications missing from the prescription, I had to wait for another 45 minutes to get the other medication prescribed because Dr. Tao never came out to talk to me again, and his assistance just told me that he was busy with patients or calling patients. After the exam, we never received a call from either the doctor or the nurse on the result of the blood test, I had to call his office to get the result, half of the time when I call, there is no one answering the call, the other half of the time, I was put on hold, finally after on hold for more than half an hour in one t occasion, I was able to ask them to email me the blood test result, but they completely forgot to email it to me so I had to call again and put on hold again for half an hour to request them to send me the test result.
I was extremely disappointed at this doctor, from profession knowledge to bedside manner to service, this office is by far the worst I have seen. But after going through this doctors office, I am very grateful to say that most of the doctors I have used are not like that, I consider it is a bless that I will no longer use this doctor because he is not the right person to treat my health issue and I hope this post provide your useful feedback to help you make the right decision on choosing a doctor that is suitable for your needs. Dr. Tao is definitely not the right Doctor for me.

The staff made a mistake and that made me wait for more than 1 hour. But, the doctor is very good. I feet I trust him and I think he is conscientious.

Dr. Tao treated my Mother a number of years ago and because of his knowledge and caring attitude with her, I went to see him, myself, today and experienced the same type of care. Most excellent.

I liked Dr. Tao very much. But his workers in the front office
are just rude. They forget that Dr. Tao patients help pay their
salary. This was my first time seeing Dr. Sean Tao. When I first checked in I was ready to check out after talking to the front
desk. When I talked to some of the other patients in the waiting room. They agreed that the nurses and front office workers
really needed some better manners but Dr. Tao was a really good doctor!

I am relocating to the area and so I was nervous about finding a doctor to continue my care. I was very satisfied with my appointment. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, was comprehensive in a short amount of time and understood exactly as I hoped. I feel I am beginning a great doctor/patient relationship. I would recommend Dr Tao.

It was my first visit with him. I was impressed by the efficiency of the appointment system "ZocDoc"
Dr. Tao seems very knowledgeable about arthritis and made me feel confident in his treatment for me. Hopefully my x-rays and blood tests will determine my condition.
His secretary was nice and friendly but she needs to be a little more informative with first time visitors.
