I started my own health journey with childhood obesity, high cholesterol, and pre-diabetes. At a young age, my family and I were referred to a dietitian, and it made a world of difference! I use nutrition and lifestyle changes to stay off medications and feel my best. This helps me do the things I love, like hiking and being active with my rescue pups. I know the struggle of managing my weight alongside chronic health issues like autoimmune disease and endometriosis. Taking good care of myself is important for me to thrive. This is why I am so passionate about helping others. I believe it’s important to take a holistic view and meet people where they are.
I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Framingham State University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support a wide range of health concerns.
Areas of interest: CKD, diabetes, cancer nutrition, IBS, SIBO, food allergies, mitochondrial health, autoimmune disease, endometriosis, PCOS, nutrigenomics.
