Doctor Tranmer believes that patients have tremendous power to manage their own health. She feels that it is important to inform patients about their conditions and treatments so that they can make the best decisions on their health care. Her goal is to optimize your health so that chronic conditions are prevented or controlled as early as possible and new or temporary conditions do not become more of a detriment than they need to be. In addition to standard medical interventions she addresses diet, exercise, and psychological health. Doctor Tranmer performs osteopathic manipulative treatments in clinic. This is a form of musculoskeletal treatment that improves the functioning of the musculoskeletal system and can be beneficial for chronic or acute conditions.
