The patient's file was not ready when she got there, and the administrative person was unaware of the appointment (made through ZocDoc); this was the 2nd time this happened. Also, we were not able to book a 6-month follow-up appointment when we left. Dr. Asvadi is wonderful with my elderly mother-in-law, though, who is VERY comfortable seeing her.

Her assistant yelled confidential information about another patient across the room (something to the effect of "Do you want your boil treatment ointment now or should we mail it to you?"), and Dr. Asvadi made multiple unprofessional and unrelated comments about my appearance. I will not be going back to her or recommending her.

It was my first time going there, and it seemed very rushed, not very personal and not very organized or professional as an office. I had to ask her to close the door when I needed to remove my shirt to show her my rash. And I felt like there was no real time to talk or interact. She took 5 minutes to look at me and rushed me out the door. I don't plan on going back unless I need her to prescribe me something, she sent me out the door with some samples and told me to call back in 2 weeks. Not happy with this service at all.

She was very professional and knowledgeable, though I needed a topical prescription and was told it would be called into my pharmacy and ready by the end of the day (on a Friday). I checked CVS about two hours after the appointment and was told they had heard nothing. I went back Saturday afternoon - still no prescription was called in. When I called the office number to leave a message (hitting 6 for prescriptions), the vice mailbox was full. Would have loved to get a jump start on the treatment over the weekend. Now, I have to call back once again on Monday.
