Great experience! Receptionist was extremely helpful and DR. Was extremely attentive, listened to my concerns, and provided thoughtful advice.

Dr. Dayyani received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1994.
Our office prides itself of an incredible staff and talented optometrists who provide a full range of high quality optometric care. The doctors at our practice use state of art equipments to see and treat their patients for a variety of reasons, including their routine eye examinations, glaucoma , allergic eye problems, cornea problems (including dry eye), contact lenses, and management of ocular pathology.

The man and the woman at the front desk were incredible. Friendly from the first phone call. So kind and patient with me and my picky taste when it came to picking the right pair. I wish I caught her name, but the woman offered me honest advice and made amazing suggestions. The doctor was fast, yet thorough and very well spoken.

I schedule an appointment here yesterday because ZOCDOC states that my insurance is excepted here but upon my arrival to the optometrist they said that they cannot pull up my insurance and it did not work I don’t know if that was because I’m black and I don’t look like a person who is wealth or should be there but I found it unacceptable that they weren’t even willing to try my insurance.

This was probably the best experience I've had at any doctor's office. Dr. Dayyani was really kind and willing to answer any questions I had. I was nervous about getting contact lenses and he made it feel super simple and walked me through every step. Cyrus was also the best, he was so nice and friendly and walked me through putting my contacts in and taking them out! Everyone there was a really great person, so patient, and willing to help. The office is also super clean and in a great location. Also great music in the waiting room!

Dr. Dayyani seemed irritated during my visit, and although it was warm in the office, he was wearing a jacket and look very unfriendly and unwelcoming.
He didn't explain anything, gave zero advice, and I had to pull out words from him about my eyes condition.
Also his office sells very very overpriced frames and lenses, and his employees are very pushy and will do whatever they can to force you to buy them.

The location is ideal because it's in my neighborhood and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They know about insurance coverage and frames as well as how to make someone new feel welcome. The doctor was very understanding and gave me the most thorough exam I've had in years.

Doctor's assistants were not very informative. And waited at least 45 minutes while the doctor saw a walk in patient first. Very disappointing first impressions. Once meet with doctor he was excellent and thorough.

Very professional, friendly office. The staff was very nice and accommodating, while getting my annual exam. I left my jacket there, and they held onto it till I finally picked it up a month later. Really nice people, with a nice selection of frames.

Dr Dayyani is great. So is his staff. Just make sure you get to the area a bit in advance, cause the parking situation in Santa Monica is always pretty hostile.

Very nice front desk woman, but the doctor seemed like he really didn't want to be there. I asked about a specific part of my eye that was bothering me and he looked at it for about half a second before saying he didn't see anything there. I'll keep looking for another doctor who takes my concerns seriously.

what I really liked was that an associate when over what my insurance covered with me before my appointment. As a new patient and new to vision care for insurance, I wanted to know what was covered and what was not going in. The associate looked up my coverage and gave me definite numbers before going in to my appointment.
