Step 1. Initial Peptide Consultation ($50)
Your first visit is a physician consultation focused on your health goals, symptoms, medical history, and current medications. We will determine whether peptide therapy is appropriate for you and discuss your personalized treatment options. No medication is dispensed during this visit.
Step 2. Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on your consultation, we create an individualized peptide protocol tailored to your goals. We offer physician-guided peptide therapies for weight management, energy optimization, recovery, healthy aging, sleep, cognitive wellness, immune support, and skin rejuvenation. Weight loss treatment options include GLP-1 medications such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, along with other peptides when clinically appropriate.
Step 3. Start Treatment & Follow-Up
If you decide to move forward, your peptide treatment will be prescribed when medically appropriate. Ongoing follow-up visits help monitor your progress and adjust your protocol as needed.
Important Information
The $50 consultation fee will be credited toward your peptide treatment if you choose to proceed.
Coastal Wellness MD is a wellness and regenerative medicine practice and does not provide primary care services.
Peptide therapies may include Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Sermorelin, CJC-1295, Thymosin Alpha-1, Selank, GHK-Cu, and other physician-guided protocols based on your individual needs.
Additional laboratory testing may be recommended before starting treatment.
All treatment plans are personalized and supervised by Dr. Shahrzad Mokhtare.
