The Dr is great, support structure is weak though, it is impossible to reach staff via phone, routine blood test results take more than a week!
My wife needed a mammogram and support staff dropped ball twice and three months later it was still not completed. Moreover the doctor says it is clinic requirement to follow up on routine high blood pressure, cholesterol with blood work every three months. This equates to unnecessary, excessive wait times and quarterly visits.
An example, we must see doctor first before getting fasting blood work drawn although doctor knows in advance lab tests she planned...

I like her, she was a good sense of humor and makes everything go smoothly and effortlessly. She ask a lot of questions in a short time frame so that she can best help. I didn’t feel like I’m being herded in and out for the next cash cow.

She also has a great attitude and treated me like I felt was "extra special"... I would like to give her 5 stars for our interaction today... and her nurse Lily was also a Rock Star... thank you both for a wonderful visit!
