Ms. Shanna has the best bedside manner. She explains things in a down to earth way so any one can understand. She made my visit very comfortable. Thanks to all the staff at communicare in kyle. They are excellent.

The Dr is great, support structure is weak though, it is impossible to reach staff via phone, routine blood test results take more than a week!
My wife needed a mammogram and support staff dropped ball twice and three months later it was still not completed. Moreover the doctor says it is clinic requirement to follow up on routine high blood pressure, cholesterol with blood work every three months. This equates to unnecessary, excessive wait times and quarterly visits.
An example, we must see doctor first before getting fasting blood work drawn although doctor knows in advance lab tests she planned...

She also has a great attitude and treated me like I felt was "extra special"... I would like to give her 5 stars for our interaction today... and her nurse Lily was also a Rock Star... thank you both for a wonderful visit!
