I love Dr. Dougrey she was wonderful at our last dr visit. I was very disappointed that this visit I had scheduled I was not able to be seen. My appointment time had changed to start off with witch I was fine with. I get to the facility at Kyle Tx where I had seen her last time and I checked in waiting for 40 minutes. Finally I asked a nurse when I would be called and they said my appointment was in San Marcos location because that’s where she works at. It really upset me that I had to waist my time and not be seen. All my text confirmation and emails stated the Kyle location and I even confirmed on time and also the day of my appointment I got a text reminder for the Kyle location. Very upsetting.

Wasn't able to get information about the visit since their information wasn't up to date.. they are only "aalowed" to see you for one thing at a time.. so your kid will have to take numerous days off of school if they have more than one thing wrong with them at a time
