I was glad to find Dr. Shari! My daughter (11) really liked her. Dr. Shari was through but moved quickly! Much better than waiting indefinitely to be seen. The staff was friendly and the office space was nice. I plan to take my other daughter to her next month.
For some reason, they did not see my appointment thru Zocdoc, but she still got us in and out very quickly. There were also multiple changes to my appointment time. Each notification I received from Zocdoc had a different time.

The office staff is friendly however I booked a same day sick visit through zocdoc and when I showed up I basically wasn’t on the schedule for my son to be seen. What’s the point of scheduling online if I’m told to Just call and schedule to make sure I have an appointment. He was seen less than 5 min didn’t explain anything about what he had or recommendations. Usually they give us paper work explaining diagnosis and what to do at home and symptoms etc because I’ve worked at plenty of doctors offices but she rushed us out. Sent an rx and that was it. I’m really second guessing choosing her as my new pediatrician for my son.

The doctor's bedside manner was very impressive. I like her attendedness , a good listener she made me and my daughter feel welcome over all knowledge of care was exemplary.. I was a little bit skeptical because her previous pediatrician retired , we were under her care for 15 years and so I was very impressed with her office and with the overall visit highly recommended to anyone who is in a need or searching for a new pediatrician two thumbs up very impressed you will not be disappointed. Our children mean the world to us and you would want someone to care for them and to make you feel like they are listening and have the best interest of your child's welfare at hear, that's what I felt with today's visit. World class manners and professionalism for the entire staff.

I have been taking my kids to Dr. Shari for a little more than a year now. At first I only booked her for my baby but upon seeing how wonderful and caring she was I decided to bring the rest of my kids for her to handle their care as well. She is an amazing individual with a huge heart who actually cares about her patients. She has taken the time to contact me directly regarding any issues or just to keep up with our family. The rooms are always clean and sanitized including the restroom!! We recently moved and drive two hours to be seen by her because I wouldn’t trade her for anyone else. If you want good care and an awesome doctor she’s the one!!!!

Terrible, absolutely bad customer experience. We initially scheduled a morning appointment although was asked to push it to another date. We were squeezed in the afternoon only to be told the issue was outside their scope. From here, referred to the EMERGENCY room and after 9 hours, hear the issue was 90% common among kids.

I had a terrible experience. My daughter got upset because she felt the dr was being to invasive. I was told I need to read a parenting book and felt judged instead of understood. I was planning to bring my son but I don’t feel comfortable going back.

Dr. Shari was excellent! Very nice, great listener, and gave me a lot of tips. She answered all of my questions and even gave us a book when we left! My baby loves her and we will definitely be back! Excellent service by office staff as well.

I absolutely love this doctor!! The staff is super sweet and I only waited about 3 minutes before being called in. My baby was seen by the doctor right away, not 3 hours later like most offices.

Dr. Shari Bass was phenomenal. She was incredibly attentive to my concerns about my child. Did a thorough patient assessment and asked appropriate questions not only about his physiological aspects, but his social aspects in his life. The blood work she ordered for my son is appropriate and will give us a great baseline for his care. I will most definitely make her my son’s pediatrician. The front office staff was very friendly as well! I am thankful to have found them.
