Patient reviews for Dr. Sharisse Stephenson
One of the most prompt doctor's appointments I've ever had. Dr. Stephenson was warm, really helpful in answering questions, and putting together a plan of attack for my migraines!
Arrived 15 minutes early. Saw the DR. about 15-20 minutes after my appointment time. The assistant was very unprofessional and did not have a very welcoming demeanor. While in the waiting room she came in and out the room and kept slamming the door. Thanks to Dr.Sharisse I would consider visiting this practice again. Her assistant attitude would definitely give her a negative look.
Professional, knowledgeable, and straight talker. Extremely helpful!
I can’t say enough good things. I get nervous at doctors appointments and Dr. Stephenson and her staff made me feel at ease. She also made me feel reassured we’d get my migraines under control. She was very detailed about treatment options and listening to my concerns.
She is very thorough and patient. Not that I eant anything to be wrong with me, but I trust she will be able to make a determination and move forward.
She’s amazing and so thorough. I would recommend her to anyone with migraines/headaches.
I was nervous before the appointment because I have Lupus and now I'm having neurological issues however the doctor was very thorough very professional and very knowledgeable in regard to my situation I left the office feeling like someone was actually going to find out what was wrong with me and I wasn't actually going crazy. I'm so glad that I chose this doctor she is a blessing to my life. Her staff was professional and courteous.
Great other than ZocDoc not sending them my information so they did not even know I had an appointment but the Dr. was great and saw me anyways!
Her treatment of her patients is very "down to earth". She made me feel comfortable and like she knows how to talk to people no matter where they came from. I didn't feel judged with her because I'm very low income on total Social Security disability. I was really surprised to see how she is not above talking to the secretary at the front, and she sat down and started working on the computer like she was secretary too.
Her staff was friendly and accommodating. The visit itself along with various testing was for several hours not for the time frame that had been previously discussed by phone. Also with the type of tests that were performed I should have been advised to have a driver and not to drive myself.
She was very good, she listened to my complaints and understood what I was talking about She was a pleasant and undrestannding Dr. I have evrey confidence nn her dignosis
Wish every dr. Appt went so smoothly. Very pleased.
I really appreciated Dr. Johnson's thorough evaluation and the way her staff treated me. Everyone was very friendly and as a new patient trying to get scheduled, I was brought in, in less than a week. T.W.
Too far to me to travel to have went in for one thing, came out with prescription for something not really related to what was really bothering me. At one time I felt like I was just a test dumby while one of the dr's assistants who seemed to be like only 20 experimented on me. Went to get MRI's as suggested, but had to call back numerous times before receiving status of reports to be told it was normal with no details as to what was normal before I had to ask. Better administration and communication would have resulted in my confidence in a follow up with this Dr.
Dr Stephenson took the time to explain my condition and my options in a way I could understand. She was very considerate of my feelings and questions. I would recommend her to any of my friends, family and acquaintances.
Dr. Stephenson did a great job with listening to my concerns and explaining the tests she wanted me to complete. Dr. Stephenson and her staff demonstrated a very welcoming vibe.
My recent visit to Dr. Sharisse Stephenson was great! The staff made me feel confortable. They were all courteous, friendly and very professional. I was told what was going to happen and what to expect with my EMG diagnosis. Office was clean. I especially liked my conversation with Dr. Stephenson, here diagnosis and treatment and recommendations. I would suggest Dr. Stephenson and her staff to anyone!
Dr. Sharisse Stephenson is a caring doctor. I would definately refer her to my friends and family with confidence. Ava Norris
Dr.Stephenson is so easy to talk to,she is very knowledgeable and I have chosen to come to Dallas to be treated by her.
Very professional and easy to communicate with. only issue is that appointment times usually are delayed but that seems to be the norm with doctor's offices.
She is very thorough in her examination. She is friendly, and she makes you feel like you can trust her professional opinion.
She was very professional and very knowledgeable and I felt that she was really concerned about my condition. As well as my way of being.
She explained what was going on and why the test were being scheduled. We went over the results and I feel confident that she understands my condition.
Very professional and personable
Dr. Stephenson was personable as well as professional. If I was to remain in the area, I would definitely have her and her staff on my list of specialist.
My husband and daughter see Dr. Stephenson, for a few years now and we have no complaints what so ever. We thank her for everything she does for them. She takes the time to listen to what u have to say and works with u.
I asked for a new patient form to be sent to me before the appointment. It was never sent. I filled out the form in the office then a woman asked almost all the same questions and typed the answers into a computer. That was a waste our time. Dr. Stephenson and her professional assistants were all pleasant. They seemed knowledgeable and good at their jobs.
I found myself to be very pleased with my experience with Dr. Stephenson and her entire staff. If I were to give the experience a grade it would be an A+! I would recommend anyone in need of any neurologist to go to Dr. Stephenson. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to sit with you and discuss all options available... which as I am sure you know can be very beneficial for your overall well being. Please do not take my word for it go and give her a try for yourself! I wish you all well and hope you follow this advice. :o)
Dr. Stephenson showed genuine concern for me and I felt she was knowledgeable to diagnose my situation. She was patient when answering my questions, and I asked many questions. She did not push me out of the office to run to the next patient like some doctors do. I felt comfortable and confident in her professional treatment and couse of action to take. Her staff showed great rapport. They were professional, courteous, and prompt. They seem to be well trained and are very polite.
she is a very sweet and kind person her staff and very down to earth and the visit is and being a patient there is very special to me, because they treat u like a real person, ask and answer all your questions, and they don't rush u like some doctors. they make sure u know u got an appointment or u need to reschedule very happy to do anything u need or ask for. :).
I like her very much..she explain every thing to you & she is very pleasant...
She is very thorough and took the time to hear all my concerns. She explains all information verbally and provides a written packet of what was discussed. One of the better doctors I have been to.
