Dr. Walia was born and raised in Kenya, East Africa. She moved to the USA at the age of 10. Dr. Walia moved to Seattle in 2011 after marrying her husband, Bhupinder. She is fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Swahili.
Dr. Walia enjoys baking, creative projects, reading, traveling the globe, and spending time with family.
