Dr. Novy grew up in the Chicago area. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in Molecular and Cellular Biology in 1992. She then attended the medical school at Northwestern University in Chicago, obtaining her degree in 1996. This was followed by pediatric residency training at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Maricopa Medical Center. She is board certified and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics in 2000.
Dr. Novy is married and is a proud mom to 2 sons. She is a devout dog lover and dotes on the basset hound Bogart, and golden lab Monty. She is avid Chicago Cubs and Phoenix Suns fan!
