I created Elevated Health & Wellness to provide a modern, personalized approach to care — especially for adults in midlife who often feel overlooked. My focus is on helping patients thrive through every stage of life, not just managing symptoms.
I specialize in weight management (including GLP-1 support), menopause and andropause care, metabolic health, and stress/burnout recovery. In addition, I offer primary care essentials such as preventive visits, annual exams, and sick visits — always with a compassionate, whole-person approach.
My goal is for every patient to feel heard, supported, and empowered in their health journey. Whether you’re seeking solutions for hormonal changes, help reaching weight goals, or simply a provider who takes the time to listen, you’ve found the right place.
At the moment we are cash pay but are working on the credentialing process for Medicare, Indiana Medicaid, and commercial insurance. We also take HSA and FSA cards.

I can’t say enough good things about Sharon! I booked a last-minute telehealth visit before leaving for vacation because I’m between primary care doctors and needed a refill. Sharon was right on time (I waited maybe two minutes) and handled a small technical issue with so much patience and professionalism—she even offered to call me to be sure we could still talk. She truly understood how stressful it is to be without an important medication and how difficult it can be finding a new doctor, especially when you’re juggling to find care for yourself and your kids. I felt completely cared for and supported. She was wonderful!
