I arrived 30 minutes early for my first time check-in and a few minutes before my scheduled appointment they were ready for me. Dr. Truty was great but unfortunately I needed to go to another location for an x-ray. But it was all good as I was able to get my x-rays and go run some errands while waiting for the results. It was just a little over an hour later that Dr. Truty called me back with my results and follow up instructions for my injury. Over all a good experience except perhaps for the 45 minute wait time for the x-ray exam but that wasn't Dr. Truty's fault as it was at a bigger hospital.

I have been seeing Dr. Truty for about a year now, since I moved back to Chicago and my previous physician is no longer in Chicago. I feel like Dr. Truty has been my primary care physician for years, since she takes a genuine interest in me as a whole and really remembers details of my past medical history. I highly recommend going to see her!

Dr. Truty is exactly what you'd want in a doctor. She's kind, knowledgeable, and a great listener. She made me feel very at ease and comfortable during my visit with her.

I had a very good experience and have no plans to change doctors. She strikes a good balance between trying to improve your health without medications when possible (lifestyle, diet changes, etc.) but bringing on the latest treatments when needed.

Dr. Truty was WONDERFUL. She listened to and seriously considered everything that I had to say. She asked a lot of questions and seemed to genuinely care about helping me. She was extremely kind and personable and she explained EVERYTHING that she was doing in detail. This was the best experience I have had with a Dr. in Chicago. I highly recommend her.

Dr. was super nice and informative. Arrived early to fill out paper work and was put in a room early - waited about 45 min in a freezing cold room. Good thing I brought a book and wore a sweater!

Even though this was my first time seeing her, Dr. Truty was approachable, friendly, and took her time. She was willing to listen to my *extremely* thorough description of my symptoms, patiently, and responded thoroughly and with good humour. What's more, even though I was there for a running injury, when I told her I was looking for a new GP, she took a full medical history and took time to discuss other issues with me, current prescriptions, and order some labs I hadn't had done in a while. Love her!

My initial wait time at the office though was absurd. It was very irritating to be told to be at an appointment by 1 and not even be shown into a waiting room until after 2. I was very frustrated, particularly when everyone else in the waiting room kept being ushered into their appointments long before I was, even those who arrived much later than I.
