Dr. Shawn Herrman attended and graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic Kansas City in 2021. Dr. Shawn grew up in Hays, KS and attended Fort Hays State University where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance with an emphasis is Exercises Science. He grew up playing multiple sports with the main sports being soccer and track. Dr. Shawn has always been fascinated by how the human body moves and how he can help others get back to their activities of daily living in a pain free manner. While in college he worked for a chiropractic and physical therapy office and learned an ample amount of knowledge on how to better help patients get back to functioning at the level they want to be at.
During his time at Cleveland University he learned and will continue to learn different techniques to help all individuals get back to living pain free such as chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitation exercises, Thompson Technique, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), instrumental assisted soft tissue mobilization, dry needling, cupping, and SFMA. He also received his CrossFit Trainer Level 1 and loves staying active by regularly working out and competing in CrossFit. Growing up Dr. Shawn has always had the drive to help people and with chiropractic that is something that he can do. He can help individuals reduce their pain and increase their overall mobility and function to get back to doing the things that they love to do.
