I made an appointment through zocdoc which was confirmed by phone call from the office. The woman who called told me twice to arrive early to fill out forms which I did. When I got there they told me I was early and that my appointment was 11:45 not 11:00, I showed them the appt on my phone, which was in fact for 11am. They apologized but of course they had other appointments in my time slot so of course I had to wait until a few minutes after 11:45 before I saw the doctor. This must not be unusual because my husband has had two issues with scheduling similar to this with the very same office. Once the wrong date entirely and another instance the time. If the doctor had not been good I would definitely not return, but so far she seems to have a great bedside manner and assured me she would help figure out what is causing my health issues. I think in the future I will make my appointments in person and have the front desk person write it down if I continue to go to this office.
