Dr. Shefali Miglani has been in private practice for nearly a decade having worked in small towns, inner cities and in New York City, gathering a wealth of broad range experience.
Dr. Miglani completed her Optometry intern training at the world-renowned Lighthouse International in New York, where she provided Low-vision care to visually impaired patients.
After graduating at the top of her class with highest honors from the prestigious State University of New York (SUNY) College of Optometry, she worked in challenging environments in Brooklyn and also a community health center in lower Manhattan.
An active participant in medical conferences and the Optometric physician community, she is also a proud member of the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians (NJSOP) and the American Association of Optometry (AOA).
Dr. Miglani practiced in New Providence, NJ for a number of years before opening up her own comprehensive family eye care practice right here where she resides today - Monroe Township, NJ. Since starting Monroe Eye Care a few years ago, she has dedicated her practice to providing quality eye care, garnering a loyal patient following.
Dr. Miglani is mom to 2 beautiful daughters and together with her husband Bob (who happens to be a Monroe Township resident since 1985) lives in a quiet street in our beautiful Monroe Township.
