I had the best experience during this visit! The provider I saw was a PA and not Dr. Shah, but she was amazing. She listened to everything I said, had follow-up questions for me, and recommended some tests based on what I was telling her. She was the most attentive provider I've had the pleasure of seeing.
We did all the tests afterwards, and she sent me home with referrals to look into, it was very thorough. I did have to wait a bit before being seen, but it wasn't too bad, and it was well worth the wait. Overall, everyone at this office was very helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend.

Dr. Shefali Shah is a primary care doctor treating patients in Chicago, Illinois, and the surrounding communities. Dr. Shah continued her medical education through the Family Practice Residency Program at Resurrection Medical Center. Here, she completed an internship and received residency training.

I actually saw the nurse practitioner Sarah Jamieson for my physical, not the doctor, but she was awesome. Incredibly friendly and professional and efficient. She answered all my questions and provided recommendations for a derm at my request. I had to go back separately for blood work and it was the easiest blood work I've ever gotten done - so quick and painless!

I first saw a nurse practitioner, Angelica, who was so kind and patient with all of my medical history and current concerns. Dr. Shah was equally comprehensive and explained all side effects and the process that I might have with my new medication, and to reach out with any questions. I recently moved to the city from out of state and needed to establish care with all new doctors. Everyone I’ve interacted with at this office has been helpful and accommodating. My questions and concerns were met with warmth, empathy, and patience.
As someone who has a lot of anxiety interacting with medical professionals, I was put as ease right away and truly appreciated the care they took in listening and thoughtfully responding. It was the best experience I’ve had going to the doctor in years. Looking forward to keeping my primary care with this practice.

I liked the doctor herself, however, the technology seemed outdated. Was also seen by an intern before the doctor, who seemed inexperienced. There is not another doctor in the practice to tend to urgent needs when Dr. Shah is out of town (as is my current situation). I was told by the receptionist that I could go to an urgent care or another doctor that would not have access to my medical history. This defeats the purpose of having a PCP in my opinion. Because of the last item described, I will be going elsewhere moving forward.

I switched to Dr. Shaw’s office a year ago when i received a new insurance provider and I have been happy with my choice since! She has a very positive energy which is helpful when whatever brings you in may cause you worry or anxiety. She is very professional and I will continue to see her as my
