I have seen Dr. Williams before and She has always been very kind! Unfortunately her front staff member, in particular Stephanie, was very rude on the phone with me for no reason. I almost never leave reviews but as a former patient, her behavior and unprofessionalism are unacceptable. I will never visit this office again.

Dr. Williams is an excellent doctor with a great professional manner. She was very attentive to my health concerns. I feel like she took my concerns seriously and provided me with sound advice. Her waiting times are usually pretty low, so you’ll be able to see her quickly. I’m very happy with the service she provides.

I never met Dr. Williams before this visit. She was super-busy but still made time to advocate on my behalf when I had trouble getting an authorization from my insurance company for a test that she wanted. She was working with very little help (probably because of the pandemic), yet she was greeting the patients by name, taking phone calls in both English and Spanish, and seeing patients while also doing their paperwork (!). I've never seen anyone working so hard. It's clear she was trying her best to help people who needed it. I do think she needs more staff (!), but she was a hardworking doctor really trying to help people. I think I saw one of the reviews called her "no nonsense," and I would say that's very accurate. She's interested but probably too busy for small talk. I sure did appreciate her help last week.

I was really nervous going in, but Dr. Williams and the rest of her staff were warm, accommodating, and really helped put me at ease with their good humor and information. I left after the appointment feeling so much calmer and with a better understanding.
