I was happy with Dr Bagai. She was very nice and explained everything. She cared about my concerns. Nurses were friendly and professional.
The office was very busy at the day of my appointment so I had to wait nevertheless but it was not bad.
My paperwork was taken care of as I filled it out online. I just had to sign couple more pages.
I just felt very uncomfortable not being able to see sharp but that should be expected I guess. I forgot my sunglasses and I would probably not be able to find my car if the office did not provide me the pair.
