Dr. El-Nashar is an incredibly competent physician. I have had a really difficult case of provoked vulvodynia for the last 5 years and Dr. El-Nashar has been the best. He doesn't give up when certain treatments are unsuccessful, instead, he is resourceful and always has a plan. Along the long path of treatment, Dr. El-Nashar has done everything possible to ensure that I can improve my quality of life (treatments simply for comfort) until we get this all figured out. Lastly, he is always willing to listen to my concerns and really listens to my input. Attentive, capable, and kind. I only wish I could give him 6 stars.

I was happy with it, didn't have to wait too long; Dr. El-Nashar is very nice and takes time to explain what's going on, make suggestions, and explain his plan going forward.
