A role model for other doctors - a very kindle, gentle, good listener, patient and above all always have a medical solution for his patients to improve their quality of life. The office is unusual for a doctor, more like a spa waiting room than a traditional doctor's office, complete with lemon water, tea, gentle music, and calming smells. Felt a bit like waiting for a massage, which isn't a bad thing at all. And Sherif was great, very friendly, funny, casual, which is how I like it.

Dr. El-Salawy was very respectful and gave me his full attention and care. He walked me through every step of the process and was responsive to my questions. The staff at the facility were also very helpful and sweet. Don't be discouraged by the "spa" element--it is a doctor's office like any other you have been to.
I will return to his practice.

I went in asking to be tested for an illness I believed I had. He didn't do anything to corroborate or dispel my theory - didn't take my temperature, check my lymphnodes, my spleen, etc. Then, he tells me the person who can take a blood sample is not here, so I have to go to a lab 15 minutes away. Then, he wants to take a throat culture but can't find his culture kits (?!), so he doesn't....I call back 4 days later asking for test results and the receptionist tells me he's gone and won't be back until 4 days later so I won't get access to my results for over a week. What kind of doctor can be so ill-prepared to handle such a simple/common request and then peace out without warning the patient? So I should just sit here for another 4 days wondering what I'm infected with? Cool.

Absolutely the most unprofessional doctor that I have ever seen. I asked for three prescriptions, all of which were given the pharmacy incorrectly. When I called to ask for this to be fixed I was told that I had to see another doctor as he couldn't prescribe it. This are basic medications. This man seems to mainly focus on beauty issues - do not see him for general health issues.

This doctor lied about having the service I needed and instead of hiring a new person, outsourced me. Then they lied about how long the results would come back. Do not trust this doctor and do not waste your time with him. I went in for something routine, and honestly the frustration this doctor has caused me to avoid losing business is unacceptable.

It was very nice. Everyone in the office was friendly. The doctor was kind and listened, he seemed very knowledgeable and not in a rush, which is always nice. The place was clean and calm, I sat on a sort of bed/massage table while I waited in the examining room. Soft music was playing, they offered me something to drink.
This is a spa, also. Don't let it throw you, he is a medical doctor, MD, but the other purpose of the office space is a spa where you can get a facial or a massage. It's unusual, but very nice ultimately. I would go back for a doctors appointment or a spa appointment.

Dr. El-Salawy and his staff have a terrific bedside manner, were incredibly communicative about each and every question I asked, and provided a very thorough examination in my first appointment. They also have the capability for blood-tests in house, so it was nice to not have to go to another location.
