She is thorough, professional, and caring.
Dr. Franklin was professional and friendly and my exam was quick. Most of the wait time was due to some paper work and the nurse taking vitals. The staff was pleasant. Overall, it was a good experience.
Dr. Sherri Franklin was very rude and uninviting. When she entered to administer my yearly check up, she did not greet me and was not welcoming at all. I will never go back there or to that practice again. Save your time and money by searching for a better doctor.
I love Dr. Franklin ever since I joined her practice the wait time is nice and she's always on point with all her patients.
Very friendly to me, not sure about other reviewers. We had a nice conversation. It was fast. Went in for yearly checkup but no other issues.
Listened and was knowledgable
Dr. Franklin is so personable and easy to talk to. She also makes herself, and her staff, available to sit down and discuss medication and explain prescription options. Wonderful experience.
all the staff are very kind they treat my mother very good
She was kind, unintimidating, open, thoughtful and listened to me. Couldn't ask for any more in a doctor!
I took the very early first appointment. Waited about 40 minutes till nurse will call me. The nurse was excellent and explained clearly what to do and it took about 5 minutes. She led me to the room, where I should wait for doctor (I was for first time). I changed my clothes and waited about 10 minutes. After when i started to frizz I opened door and tried to find somebody and ask if my doctor will come to my room to make yearly check up. I found just one lady spoken on the telephone in the office and I thought that it's office manager. The lady told me that she is coming shortly - so:( I understood, that it was my doctor. She came, professionally did, what she needed to do. For the first time she didn't ask any questions (just if I did mammogram). I received my prescription - this mostly was my goal, but I didn't like the attitude and wait time (especially for the very first appointment).
Dr. Franklin was very knowledgable and helpful regarding my concerns. Dr. Franklin took her time with me and had some very helpful suggestions. I will definitely go back and recommend her to anyone.
She is always in a rough and you never quite feel comfortable.
Dr Franklin has always been quick and thorough each time I've seen her. I've been happy with my visits.
Dr. Franklin is kind and knowledgable, but she seems pretty detached. If you are accustomed to a doctor who is conversational, you might be a little disappointed.
Very cold not concerned about how I felt
Dr Sherri exhibited high level of professionalism When she's dealing with her patient.I had a wonderful encounter with Dr Sheeri
She is really a good doctor over all.
I was a new patient to Dr. Franklin; she was willing to see me on the spot when my regular gynecologist was not available. She gave me excellent suggestions on improving my physical health. Her time with me was very brief; I would have preferred that our conversation last longer.
I have seen all this doctor twice when my normal gyn was hard to get an appointment with, and both times were less than satisfactory. I have been a patient at the office for 6 years now, and Dr. Franklin leaves much to be desired. She is very short and curt, and really seems like her patients are a burden. She also appears as though she really just does not want to be there. It is very evident in her demeanor. I liked the practice before, however, I may switch to somewhere else if I continue to have a hard time seeing my regular gyn in that practice.
She's honest and straight forward. Just one thing about the office, it's entirely way too cold.
receptionist was not very polite and the wait was an hour and 45 mins from my appt time but the doctor was nice
She's the best. I love coming to see and catching her up on everything. She always has the best advice for me!
I was very scared and disturbed with regards to the checkup and she was very rude about it. I would like a doctor who is more accepting and supportive and that is not what I found with this doctor.
Everyone was very nice and friendly, very efficient. Would highly recommend. Pleasant doctor visit experience.
Very professional and personable
I would recommend Dr.Franklin to a friend and am planning on going back to her.
I think I have been enlightened as to the reasons why pap smears are performed - in addition that Dr. Franklin was one of the rarest doctors willing to be open-minded to encompass/consider other procedures to be performed on the patient while she would be under sedation....we are getting somewhere - instead of restricting herself to her corner to specialty!
Dr. Franklin was professional and made me feel comfortable.
I've been a patient for a couple years - she's great - very smart, calm and confident. And the office staff is very warm and friendly.
She was personable, concerned, thorough and prompt.
It was my first time going to an obgyn and it was incredibly awkward for me. Dr. Franklin was quick and very friendly I almost forgot where I was... almost.
I recommend Dr. Franklin's office. When I arrived, the receptionist noted that she didn't have an appointment scheduled for me (she explained that there had been a glitch in the computers and they hadn't been receiving ZocDoc appointments correctly). However, they were determined to get me in to the doctor that day and try not to re-schedule (which I thought was very generous of them). Dr. Franklin came out and took me back right away in order to accommodate everyone's schedules--before I had filled out the paperwork or anything-- a "reversal" as she called it (I filled out the paperwork and saw the nurse after my consultation). She had a very professional and friendly demeanor. I also really enjoyed the nurse, Lori. She also had a great bedside manner and had me laughing. The office was prompt filling out my prescription and the nurse even called me later in the day to confirm that my prescription had been filled and give me a few pointers. All in all, a great experience.
I really enjoyed talking with her. I'm glad I didn't have to see several people. She did everything except blood work and urine sample. I highly recommend her. I waited less than 30 min and that included all my paperwork.
I think she is agood doctor, friendly and cooprative
Dr. Franklin took her time examining my mom-in-law and answered all of our concerns. My mom-in-law was so pleased with the service that she gave dr. Franklin a hug.
Not very good. Did not refer to any of my concerns listed on the papers that I filled out. She was quick to leave.
Dr. was efficient, knowledgeable, but a bit to brisk for me. Office staff & nursing staff super friendly, but running a bit behind.
Dr. Franklin was great! My only feedback is the front office staff would be well served to mirror the doctor and nurses energy and professionalism by a warm greeting when patients arrive or at least eye contact and a smile while we wait to check in. Other than the receptionists, everyone else was great!!
Dr. Franklin was fine. Professional, thorough and fast. The nursing staff was great...friendly enough to make up for any brusqueness I might have felt from the doc. BUT the lady behind the counter checking patients out was so rude! She took my money and sent me on my way. When I asked if I needed an appt to come back for blood work she said, "I don't know, do you???" Inconsistent with the personality of the office but seemed like it was SOP because everyone ignored her. Odd.
The staff in the office were great ... very friendly and upbeat. Dr Franklin however was not ... for a first visit, she didn't say much and seemed somewhat apathetic or distracted in demeanor. My visit was just for the run of the mill annual pap smear and gyn exam ... an exam that I am sure, is not very challenging or exiting for most OB/Gyn docs, but the fact remains that the exam is important for me, the patient, because it involves my medical well being. Maybe she was distracted by something else, but I left the office feeling as if I made the wrong choice. She maybe very good with pregnant women but I don't think I will be there to find out.
Dr. Franklin is a very knowledgeable, highly professional individual. She put to rest all of my concerns right away. She is very positive and all in all, just easy to approach about the most uncomfortable topics (considering the settings). She was very much to the point, and made really great recommendations (for procedures and tests to be administered) as to how to maximize and facilitate me getting pregnant.
very nice and welcoming
She, as well as everyone there, made me feel VERY welcomed, while not shy saying what was needed. Fast service while not minding taking that extra mile!!
The office setting and staff was very friendly and put you at ease right away. The doctors and nurses do an excellent job making sure you're able to keep as much modesty as possible, which is always difficult for OBGYN appointments. I will definitely be returning to this office, and have already recommended Dr. Franklin to several of my friends.
