I'm sure they're nice but they could pay more attention to detail. I drove over 30 mins to be seen just to be told after I paid my co pay and did paperwork that they weren't taking new patients in the capacity that I was trying to be seen. They were very polite but that drive at 3-4 pm just to be turned around was very inconvenient and could've been avoided.
