Dr. Reed was great and staff was accommodating. Wait times were extremely long (I was there over an hour and a half for a regular eye exam) which is the only thing keeping me from giving a perfect score.

She attended the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago Illinois where she received her Doctor of Optometry and B.S. in Visual Science. I have to keep coming back every two to three weeks to find an eye prescription that works for me, and I understand the process, but it is expensive for me with a $60 copay per visit. Dr. Reed is an excellent listener!

I have been a client for many years and during that time I have enjoyed excellent eye care. The doctors are all knowledgeable and easy to discuss any concerns that I have had with my eyesight. The staff is always friendly and helpful no matter how busy their day. As far as a suggestion for improvement in services—I would have moved on years ago if I didn’t feel stellar service wasn’t being provided !
