I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for almost a year and a half. She is very professional, courteous, and kind. She takes the time to talk to you and treats you holistically. Her first reaction isn't to prescribe a medication just to treat the symptoms, but rather to discover the underlying cause and weigh all options. Her office staff is great as well. Lori (Laurie? sp?) at the front desk is great about making appointments, keeping you informed, and calling back when she says she will. Scheduling is always done appropriately so that you're not left waiting long, if at all. I'm so glad I found Dr. Patel.

I enjoy the wide scope of family medicine which includes pediatrics, adult medicine, and geriatric patient care. I also thoroughly enjoy women’s health and evidence based medicine which aids me in providing the most up to date medicine to my patients. I take pleasure in building long term, satisfying relationships with my patients. My goal is to provide quality, comprehensive, and compassionate medical care. I believe in patient education, preventative care, and in-depth evaluation and treatment, and feel as though this is best accomplished when the provider-patient relationship has been well developed. I strive to actively involve my patients in their medical care and decision making process to promote an improved quality of life, health, and wellness.
I am looking forward to providing excellent healthcare and building longterm relationships with all of my patients.

I love Dr. Patel. She is very kind and a great listener. She makes me feel comfortable, whether it is just chatting with her, she is giving me tips for a healthy lifestyle, or she is diagnosing me. I did have a few problems with the front desk where I was trying to get my insurance fixed and the receptionist was being stubborn about changing it for me, but this should not effect someone going to see Dr. Patel.

Saw Dr. Patel 3 times. First 2 visits were ok. Last visit was terrible. I was going having some severe health and was trying to discuss them with her. She rushed me through the visit; not spending the needed time with me, not answering my questions, not listing to me. I needed a note for my work to just work normal work hours (40 hours per week) due to my health issues; as I typically work 60-80 hours per week for 6-8 months out of the year. She wrote a note for me to work 60 hours per week. I asked her to change it to 50 hours a week. She refused to do so. A week later I had to undergo a cardiac catherization and had 2 stents and a balloon put in the arteries to my heart. I'm lucky I didn't die under her care. I sent her a note about my experience through their patient portal; telling her I would not be returning. I never heard any thing back from her.

Dr. Patel was great!!! I am definitely looking forward to seeing her again. Her office was nice and warm. Her staff did not impress me to much but I am not there to see them so it does not really matter. I will recommend Dr. Patel to all those in need of establishing a new primary doctor.

I really appreciated the fact that my lab work was done right in the office. The nurse was very nice and professional as was the secretary. Dr. Patel was also very attentive and didn't run to the prescription pad as do many physicians. She ordered lab work and will be seeing me again soon.

I thought she was very personable and took her time with me and asked lots of questions. The wait time was mainly because I was a new patient but it was no problem. I could somewhat over hear her with another patient , taking her time with him so I appreciated the same courtesy when it became my turn. I would definitely recommend her to others. I will set my husband an appt with her as well!
