Dr. Shin Hua Liu was great. She took the time to review our newborn's information carefully and asked us if we had any concerns. Our newborn is only one week old, so it was very helpful for us to solicit and hear Dr. Shin Hua Liu's advice with regard to feedings and other issues that could potentially come up. The environment was also wonderful. The office is very clean and the secretaries are organized. It was a great experience and we look forward to our next appointment.

Dr. Liu is sweet.
The setup to leave after an appointment is extremely inconvenient/crowded/ counter productive/ counter intuitive.
You will never encounter the same staff. I’m guessing employee retention rate is like 20%... wonder why.
