Dr. Shiraz took time to ask me about my situation with thought provoking, but not overly difficult questions. Took time to understand my situation, did not rush it and was sensitive to it. Was very friendly, and open. After learning about my situation, he took time to explain and educate me on the medical reasoning of what i was experiencing. Helped me feel ok with it and normal, while emphasizing how treatment simply brings you to where you should be. Was open to helping me after first visit.
