Dr. Chopra is truly a wonderful physician - She is bright, compassionate & insightful. I have seen several psychiatrist before but Dr. Chopra is the best. She was able to analyze my complicated Medical Hx & Simplify my care with the appropriate medications & therapy. I am extremely grateful to her.

Dr. Chopra provides treatment for a wide range of complex mental health issues in children, adolescents, and adults, using medications, psychotherapy such as CBT, diet, exercise, and alternative modalities of treatment. Her priority is the well being of her patients and their families, and she prides herself in providing the absolute highest quality of psychiatric care, focusing on the details, but never losing sight of the big picture.
Dr. Chopra obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychobiology from UCLA, graduating with distinction. She then received her M.D. from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Chopra completed six years of residency and advanced fellowship training in adult psychiatry (at UC Davis), child and adolescent psychiatry (serving as a Chief Fellow at UCI), and forensic psychiatry (serving as a Clinical Instructor at the USC Keck School of Medicine).
At the present time, in addition to being the Founder of the Premier Mind Institute, Dr. Chopra serves as the Medical Director for the Adolescent Partial program at UC Irvine, and as an Asst. Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the UC Irvine School of Medicine, where she teaches fellows & medical students.
