So thankful for the personal service. Office was pretty empty-likely thanks to the Wednesday afternoon appointment. I live extremely close to this office and worry they may be seeing me way more often.

I had a positive first experience here, so I came back for a 2nd follow up appointment... It is now 9:20am and still no one has shown up to open the office... I'm waiting outside in my car, and another family with a young child and baby has been waiting in their car next to me as well.....................

Not sure if the doctor who attended was Dr Shu Yang. She looked very different from the picture on this website.
But she was good.
The only irritating thing was we had to wait for more than an hour after initial paperwork.
Also, even though we had finished paperwork online through Zocdoc , the front desk person had to be expressly told about it. In here first attempt in finding the patient form datam she couldn't find it. Only after re-iterating that we'd already filled up the paperwork online was she able to look for it again & find it.
Not at all recommended. In spite of an appointment , we had to wait more than an hour. Imagine how long it'll take if we just walked in .!!!

She was very nice, but she hastily wrote my prescription incorrectly causing a day delay in me being able to pick up my medicine in a timely manner. Thankfully, the pharmacist noticed the error and was able to call the doctor to reissue.

My visit was speedy and thorough. My doctor was great. She was very nice and asked a lot of questions to make sure I had the right diagnosis. The staff there is very friendly and I imagine all of my visits to the office will be just as awesome as my first.
