Doctor is good. But they charged me for my yearly checkup which should be 100% covered from Cigna. I called them 5 time they didnt pickup every time i left voice mail but there was no response. Will never visit now.

Dr. Shyla Reddy was very nice and very easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns with patience and responded accordingly. However, her nursing staff was very unprofessional. While as was receiving a pamp smear, one of the nurses from the front desk decided to open the door and hold a conversation about inventory. Meanwhile, my legs were open, feet in the stirrups and my private parts were exposed. I felt very uncomfortable. I closed my legs and then the doctor noticed my discomfort and asked the nurse to leave. I didn't mention that the while she was speaking to the doctor, she held the door open. There were other patience in the office. Any one could have walked past and saw what was going on.

It was a long. Long wait. More so than the average doctor. I had a appt at 3:30 and was not seen until 5. Even then my friend told me she overheard the staff in the waiting room saying they forgot I was here. It felt like when I finally got to see the doctor the appt was rushed. They didn't do any blood work which is odd for a doctor office. she did listen to my concerns so i guess that is the 3 stars portion. they do listen. but do not seem very organized. I don't know if i would go back here.

Love Dr. Reddy! I started going to her early 2015 when she was new and it was great and even now that your practice has picked up more patients I still love it! I'm still able to do same day appts if I need to or just make an appointment. She is very invested in her patients! I highly recommend her. I'm in Duluth and I have no problem making the trip to her office. Well worth it!

First thing I noticed about Dr. Reddy's office was that the waiting room was empty and small - both great signs, in my opinion! it took 10-15 minutes to sort out an insurance issue (which Jessica did a wonderful job addressing); without that issue, I feel sure I would have been seen right away. Dr. Reddy is very kind, helpful, personable, and easy to talk to. She made me feel like a human being, not just another chart, and took plenty of time with me. Fantastic experience overall. I will definitely be back.

Dr. Reddy is mine and my mother's new primary care dr. Dr. Reddy routinely spends lots of time with us discussing all our concerns, and is more careful than any other primary care physician we have had. My mother is 92 and in delicate health, and Dr. Reddy is so kind and so very careful with my mother's many ailments and treating them.
I would highly recommend Dr. Reddy to anyone and everyone who wants a smart, compassionate, meticulous doctor, who takes time to listen, and is always right in her diagnosis and treatments.
