While Dr. Boty was very nice, attentive and thorough, everything that happened after has been a disaster. I had a couple tests done and was originally told that results would take a couple days. After a few days and no results, i called for an update and was told it takes 3-5 business days. After 5 business days i call again and get transferred to another line that nobody answers, i leave a message and do not receive a call back. i just called again this morning and am now told it takes 5-10 business days for results. Today is 02/26, my appointment was 02/17. I find this unacceptable. They don't follow up with the lab, just push the time results take to come back each time i call. I would not return to this office.
