Sierra is a registered dietitian with an excitement to provide customized client care through learning who the client is and understanding their goals, apprehensions, ongoing change they want to create and implement in their daily lives. Her goal is to provide clients with the knowledge and resources to achieve these goals while still living a fulfilling and fun life. Sierra holds a Masters in Human Nutrition from University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelors in Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech. While Sierra was completing her Masters program she was simultaneously completing her Dietetic internship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She currently works with clients dealing with various conditions including, but not limited to:

Sierra’s interest in Nutrition started from a young age in the kitchen. She has always loved cooking and said she wanted to teach and show people eating healthy does not have to be boring or lacking in flavor. Cooking and sharing how tasteful and healthy foods can positively impact someone's life is so important to Sierra and one of her favorite things to work on with her clients. Additionally, she believes that knowledge is power and will always share the science behind her recommendations so the client has a deeper understanding of how the changes will better their bodies and overall health.
She believes health is so much more achievable and attainable when your food is exciting and bursting in flavor. A healthy work life balance is the key to a healthy life. When Sierra is not working with her clients you can find her cooking and baking, prioritizing her health through strength training, as well as doing her best to work her way through the incredible food scene in Charlotte!
