Foot is no longer in pain. Treatment was great.
Very professional , knowledgeable and kind.
very strange guy and was very condescending towards me when I asked him questions. He did seem like he knew what he walking about and seemed knowledgable in his filed but he needs to take some classes on bedside manner and how to talk to patients. The office was dirty and outdated.
Very unprofessional and particularly problematic secretary at the front. The office is highly disorganized, and I was the only one there but had to wait way to long to be seen. Of course I didn’t know what was going on for the doctor, but being informed of a long wait would be helpful. I will not be returning. The office has hope for a better style, but they need to clean and work on some manners especially not being disrespectful to non-English speakers just trying to see a doctor.

bluh, almost mean spirited I have nerve pain on both feet, he wasn't very helpful with options for finding out what is causing it since he could not visibly see my pain, in addition I had toes nails that were very dry and brittle I thought I might have some kind of fungus and he took out sharp tool and proceeded to go deep into my nail bed without warning and it hurt real bad and when I complained he dismissed my pain and said how else is he supposed to get a sample? I told him any piece of the nail will do and that does not have to go so deep. Anyway, fast forward months later I received a bill from biopsy lab but nothing about the results from biopsy from the doctor, had to call spoke to secretary who was very nice by the way, and thank God I didn't have a fungus.

Great
I think he was having a bad day, but that doesn't mean that you neglect your patients. He was not attentive, he did not do a thorough exam, and he had me leave with no answers or beneficial suggestions. I'm surprised he received such a high rating because my experience was awful. He may be good at what he does, but unfortunately I did not get to see that.

The doctor barely listened to what I said. He completely ignored one of the two issues I mentioned. Some time after, I received a bill, but I think everything was covered by my insurance
To say we got off on the wrong foot would be an understatement. I still walked out of the appointment not knowing what was wrong with my toe. I found Dr. Young to be very short tempered with me and rolled his eyes when I asked him to simplify the diagnosis. His response back to me was, "I can't simplify it anymore than I already have!" After leaving the appointment his receptionist was very kind. However, she also did not seem to too surprise at all the bickering going back and forth. The good news is, whatever he removed from my toe has made me feel a whole lot better. Too bad if it ever comes back I will be back to square one. He knew what he was doing, but the communication was very off.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Found him through ZocDoc and was scheduled, although I arrived late I was still seen and the wait wasn't long. He has EXCELLENT bedside manner and I will visit again. Glad I found someone close and professional I don't mind visiting.

Able to fit me in first thing in the morning for an infected hang nail. Clearly explained the procedure, and proceeded with excellent bedside manner. I was back to health overnight.
Overall, I left quite unsatisfied with the service I received in my appointment. This was mostly due to Dr Young's hasty approach to getting me out the door once I had been diagnosed. Instead of taking the time to instill my confidence in the treatment I was about to undergo or explain the stretches I would be doing on a daily basis, his receptionist is left to give me a photocopy of a 1993 stretching article whilst he returned to his office out of sight. I continued to call out to him as I asked my remaining questions and he felt no responsibility to come out of his office to finish my appointment face to face.
Great

He was not professional and he and his staff had bad bedside manner. The procedure they did on my toe was painful, but they seemed to think that I was over reacting to the pain until I was fainting. At that point they decided to take it seriously. His office and equipment were old and outdated. I would never go back there.

He is a great doctor. He's knowledgeable, informative, and humorous. If your in need of a podiatrist and your looking for a good, honest opinion Dr. Young is an excellent choice.
The staff and Dr. Young were friendly and professional. The x-rays they took were blurry and smeared. That bothered me, but the doctor was still able to garner the information he needed to make a professional assessment of the condition.
Very friendly doctor, nice guy. The wait was eternal and office staff a little frazzled - I was surprised at how much my office visit cost (really basic, no major procedures needed) but was afraid to call because I overheard the conversations they were having with other patients. Office and waiting area felt a little tired/unclean - I liked Dr. Young as a person but probably wouldn't visit that location again.
As a previous patients has said, the staff is extremely sweet and helpful. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with Dr. Young's professionalism. Although he may be competent in his field, I felt that he was very short tempered and he was not very accommodating to my questions and concerns; he seemed to get annoyed very easily. In addition he told me that he would e-mail me information regarding my visit (diagnosis, treatment, etc..) however he never did.
I saw Dr. Young for my plantar fasciitis, and was really impressed by his depth of knowledge and his ability to spot potential causes (such as posture and gait) that other podiatrists I visited missed completely.

Dr. Young was very professional and took his time to understand my foot problem, even though it was relatively minor. His support staff are also very kind.
Dr. Simon was unprofessional during my visit to his office discussing his personal problems while performing a check up. Furthermore, when discussing my condition I felt he was not sensitive to the manner and seemed desensitized to the possible seriousness of my diagnosis. As I left the office I asked the secretary for the medical name of what Dr. Simon diagnosed me with, in reponse the secretary asked the doctor and came back refusing to give me the name. The secretary stated that the doctor will e-mail me the information later in the day. Unfortunately, that time frame turned out to be a week. I am highly dissapointed with my visit and will not be returning to his office. Hopefully, his bedside manners improve.
The staff was extremely friendly! They even remembered a short telephone conversation we had two weeks before my appointment. I was a new patient. I came in 4 min before my appointment, they got me in, reviewed my paperwork, and I was seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Young seemed friendly and knowledgable. To say the least it was an efficient and pleasant experience.
