doctor was fine office staff at check out, rude! wait time in the exam room was longer than I feel it should have considering there were no other patients there. and the wait time after seeing the doctor was a little excessive too just to get forms at the check out counter.

They cancelled my appointment and didn't even call to tell me. I found out when I got there! Then I had an appointment to get my ears cleaned, and the staff acted like they didn't know how to do it...they were all confused.
As far as the NP, she's ok. She told me to see a specialist for a condition, but she never referred me or gave me any recommendation on who to see.

The waiting was long and I felt uncomfortable speaking to a staff member that had a pierced lip and other parts of her face. Very unprofessional.
