I like Dr. Osia but he has so many patients in and out and some of his staff are rude and one actually started yelling at me on the phone. Hard to get through on the phone often and then put on hold. Emails never returned. Not a lot of patient follow-up to tests and procedures. My new policy is once you yell at me for asking questions related to a serious condition that anyone would want the same information--well count me out. Desk staff is also medical assistant and packed waiting rooms and long waits and poor service.
