Wow! What a fantastic medical experience ????? beginning w/an immediate appointment. Staff was super professional & friendly and most importantly made me aware Medicare covered Wellness Check-up, but not the blood work. Dr. Patel was very thorough, patient & great listener. So impressive with this great office.

Dr. Patel is a Primary Care Family Practice (PCP) provider and not a specialist.
We need a Credit Card on File within 24 hours of the appointment, or else your appointment will be canceled.
We have a strict no-show and cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the appointment booking time; otherwise, the patient may incur a $75 no-show/cancellation fee.
As the country is embracing the extreme measures to deal with the CORONA virus, it has become a public health imperative. All of us are learning that the only way to flatten the curve is social distancing and containment.
Until the situation improves, MMC will be doing virtual visits for all our patients starting this week. This decision is taken for protecting the safety of all our patients and staff.
Virtual visits are totally HIPPA compliant, and can be done at the comfort of your home. **They are covered by your insurance just like the way your regular visits are.** Doctors can also prescribe medicines during these visits. These virtual visits include seeing the provider so all your questions and concerns can be taken care of. We have signed up with two great platforms Doxy.me and Simple Visit to get the virtual experience to be seamless and without hassles of login etc.;. You will be getting a text with the virtual room link a few minutes before the appointment and you need to click on that link to be connected securely to the provider. It’s imperative to fill out the paperwork through our Phreesia sign-in process and pay your copay and balances or sign up for payment plans at least 10 minutes before the visit. Failing to do so may result in your appt cancellation and No Show fees may apply. You will be sent a virtual link a few mins before the appointment, just click and wait for the provider in your virtual waiting room.

Firstly, the staff is great. Absolutely wonderful and nice people. The issue is Dr. Patel.
I could not believe the lack of involvement and acknowledgment of my concerns.
Forgive me, but the attitude and responses she gave gave off the impression of her not necessarily caring or taking the appointment seriously.
I will not question her expertise out of respect, but at one point she shrugged her shoulders and later I had to guide in what could potentially be wrong and possible next steps. Let that speak for itself.
I would not recommend anyone to her practice. I would recommend the staff, five stars to them, perhaps I could’ve consulted them to receive a more thorough and attentive response.

Dr. Patel was great as always! She truly listens to you as a patient, as crazy as it may sound sometimes, to try and figure out the issue. In today's world that is rare because you usually just get passed on to some other doctor or specialist to try and figure out the problem if it is outside the norm or something easy to diagnose. She actually tries to figure out the problem and "if" a specialist or other doctor is needed, she wants to collect all the information to help resolve or treat the issue.

I actually had my appointment with the PA. That went well, but I needed a Referral to 1 Specialist Practice and 2 different doctors that treat me needed 2 separate Referrals.
I only received 1 Referral. Now I have had to wait again and ask for the 2nd Referral. The PA assured me I only need 1 for the Specialist. But of course, each doctor has a separate Natl. Provider Identifier. Has been frustrating calling, waiting, emailing, leaving messages for more than 1 week. I need that Referral to see the Specialist. Now, my follow-up appointment is coming up for the Specialist , I'm still waiting for the PA at Millenium Medical in Herndon to write the Referral.

Very good. I came to see Dr. Patel for an internal medicine problem and although she could not treat me, she pointed me in the right direction. Soon after I saw the specialist she recommended and I am on my way to proper treatment. I will see Dr. Patel again - she is exactly the primary care physician I was looking for and was an excellent quarterback for my medical needs.

The office was quick and on point. I haven’t been to an MD in some time as for little things I would take advantage of the swiftness of an urgent clinic most often with Nurse practitioners but Dr. Patel was pleasant and so fun to meet with. Everything went good. The only thing I did not care for was the amount of questions they have on the check in forms which was in an iPad. Some question were repeated and I found others to be unnecessary. Also, the forms available on here to print was unnecessary because I had to do it again at the office.

Dr. Patel’s service is really good !!! She makes sure you feel comfortable which can be difficult when you go for embarrassing symptoms. She provided good explanations and answers to concerns and in no way felt rushed even though I was one of the last patients for the day. Good doctor, will prob keep coming here and having her as my PCP.

I love that I did not have to wait to long to be seen. The fact that I was able to address with the doctor all of my concerns and received a very detailed response. Has me feeling great about visiting anytime with medical needs. I am happy I have made the choice to have Dr. Sneha Patel as my primary care physician.

First visit here, and last, if it was not an emergency will never go to this kind of...
My daughter had ear infection, the doctor never replace the antibiotics drops for he, even I called emailed , nobody ever got back with me! I had to go to a different doctor so my doctor can be treated for her infection!
