The wait would be the only reason I wouldn't return. I had an appointment for 1030am and wasn't seen until 1245pm ... Otherwise to that the staff was okay

I actually didn’t see the doctor that was advertised but the doctor i did see was very pleasant. The staff in the entire office was nice. The wait was just very long! I don’t see the point in appointments when i still have to wait 1 plus hours to be seen.

Dr. Osei practices the full range of Obstetrics and Gynecology, with a particular interest in laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery, obstetrics and medical practice management. He is an active member of several professional societies including: the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Medical Association, Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine. Go anywhere else. The friendly and helpful front desk staff is the only redeeming quality. Rude, rushed doctors, VERY dirty rooms, and extreme wait times made me immediately book another appointment elsewhere.

Doctor Osel is really friendly. He listened to all my concerns partiently and answered all my questions. The office is huge and busy, but there was plenty of privacy provided. The facilities are clean and mostly new. There is lots of staff and everyone was friendly and helpful. There was some misunderstanding upon my arrival, because of the way I have scheduled the appointment, but it was figured out. I will come back to see Doctor Osel again.

Dr. Osei entered examining room with a warm smile and casual chat which led easily into giving resons for my visit. He made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the exam and immediatedly explained the diagonis and prognosis for the problem. He departure was as reassuring as his entrance.

the only downside was my appointment was at 10am and i was called the day before to confirm but when i got to the office i was told to come back after 12pm which was ok with me since i live a few blocls away but i find it not fair because i had other appoinments that i had to miss and reschedule. other than that it was a good visit.

I really didn't enjoy the experience at the hospital location. The intake process was very uncomfortable. I was treated very suspiciously because I didn't have insurance and was paying out of pocket. I wouldn't go back.

Despite any negative feedback, I had a good visit overall with Dr. Osei. He answered my questions, he respected my decision not to do certain testing, scheduled my sono, and analyzed all my papers from my former OB right there. I like that there's an online portal; I forgot to request a doctor's note and there's one there.

I went there on May 8 2015 for my annual visit and it went fine Dr. Ebo was a sweetheart as usual. The front desk was a little unprofessional but everyone has their off days. I did my blood -work and was told in two weeks ALL the results will be ready. Fast forward well over A MONTH AND A HALF I get a phone call from a receptionist letting me know they need me to come in for discussion for my pap. REALLY?!How can you call yourself a professional medical clinic and wait this long to get lab results. WHAT LAB COMPANY PROCESSES YOURS LABS?! Prior to that, during the initial visit on 5/8/15 I was told they lost my lab results from an exam I took well over 1 year ago! Where is the professionalism?! I trusted your medical clinic and once again you guys have disappointed. Its already a stressful situation and I cant depend on your Clinic to properly deliver results. I will never return to this unorganized establishment again. I will take my insurance to a different medical clinic where my health is a PRIORITY to them.
