The doctor was fantastic when she made it to see me. When I arrived there was one person waiting in the lobby she went in 30 min before me. I woman showed up wanting to speak to the doctor and it was allowed. (like I had not been sitting there for 25 min before she walked in) I made it to the back and waited for the doctor for another 30 min. No doctor. Got moved to another Room and wait another 30 min. I was so frustrated I had to leave my room and ask what was taking so long ? With in five minutes of doing that the doctor came in. Besides the time and long wait. great doctor and great staff.

No improvement needed. I changed Dr's last year to Dr. Waters. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate the friendly staff here. My last PCP's staff was very unfriendly which is why I left after being w/them for over 10 yrs. Also Dr. Waters is the best. All of you that I have come in contact with deserves nothing but the highest praise. Thank you so much!!! Not only for your friendliness but all your high level of perfessionalism.
