Our visit went very good, the doctor explained everything in a nice manner. We come with her for years now. She is so nice with my 18mo old.

Because I was a new patient, I had to fill out the new patient documentation (which by the way is computerized and super easy to understand and breeze through)and was called back before I could even finish; which is a definite first. Dr. Moncayo and all of her staff were amazingly pleasant.

The only complaint that I have is about the wait time. After the nurse has seen me, she put me in the room and I waited for 40 minutes for the doctor to coe. Other than that I had a GREAT experience and would recommend them to anybody.

She was a very knowledgeable doctor with good people skills. The location of her office is not so great, but the office was very clean. The staff was efficient and pleasant. We got in and out within thirty minutes. I highly recommend her!

The facility is very nice and plenty of staff working. They are able to work quickly and are efficient. They are all Spanish speaking but speak English too.
