She’s very straight and to the point!!!
She was absolutely wonderful. My daughter panicked having blood drawn and Dr. Ruiz was calm and collected and handled the situation very well. The nurses and staff were extremely helpful and very polite. I would absolutely recommend these folks !!!
I read good reviews about her before my appointment and she was amazing just like everybody else says! Staff are really nice and friendly as well :) Highly recommended!
Doctor is a little bit tough but we as parent need that sometimes. Great attitude and service in general; great staff; Doctor is very knowledgable. Bottom line, will totally recommend her.
Great doctor!! She cares about her patients!
Dr Ruiz was very nice and thorough...wait time was a bit longer than I like but better than some offices I've been to.
I was the only person in the office for 30 minutes waiting to be seen. Two families came in after 30 minutes and both were taken back before my daughter was. The doctor was rude and condescending. I returned to my kids pediatrician 50 minutes away instead of going back here.
very long wait - over 2 hours - NO explanation or apologies from the staff or dr on what was taking so long - do they routinely OVERBOOK and hope someone does not show? drs time may be valuable, but I consider my just as valuable, if not more so
She was excellent. A bit old school but so am I.
The only reason I had to wait longer is due to filling out new patient forms. After that I was in right away. This office very friendly and super helpful. Dr. Ruiz is courteous and took time to listen to my concerns about my son. Generally my kids see the nurse practitioner and not the doctor, this was the first time they got meet their doctor. Very happy to have found this office.
Everyone was very helpful and nice. Special thanks to the nurse that handled my son's check up today, she was very, very nice. Dr Ruiz was very thorough and very professional.
She is a great doctor who listens to your concerns and does her best to find the answers, She figured out that my sons issues were totally different from what his previous doctor thought!! Still bad but so much could have been avoided from the beginning if we had been lucky enough to have her back then!! Definitely keeping her for the kids!
She was AWESOME!
Excelente dra me encantó
She was quite abrupt and slightly rude. I did get some referrals from her that my previous doctor wouldn't give me tho. I am willing to give her another try. Maybe she was having a bad day.
Rude to employees and kids.very aggressive and theres only one way to get things done,Her way and and she was wrong.your kids can get better care n respect else were.
We're happy with our first visit with Dr. Ruiz and very pleased with her and her staff. Thank you.
I really liked it. She showed great concern.
