She has a hearing impairment which makes it hard to communicate on zoom. I was hoping to not share my medical history with all my coworkers but had to yell so everyine could hear. There appeared to b a problem with the equipment she was using so maybe invest in your equipment. Eventually we switched to text but we should have started that way

Overall, it was fine, but not great. I was looking for a new PCP after having a great one for a few years, and will probably keep looking. The office was a bit difficult to find but staff was nice, which is sometimes hard to find. Note that they say ZocDoc does not send them the check-in forms, so you have to fill everything out again. Dr. Singh was fine and is hard of hearing, so I'm sure it's more difficult with masks on. But I wasn't too impressed with her bedside manner - she basically just asked me a series of questions and I didn't feel she was listening to my answers or attempting to have a conversation with me about them. My prescriptions were not sent to my pharmacy (despite me spending 5 minutes at check-out confirming this) and she made a mistake on my prescription. It was a fine experience for what I needed, but I do not think I will make her my permanent doctor.

Dr. Singh is a great doctor. She lets you know when to not worry - but also follows up with every detail when something needs more attention (which allows me as a patient to have peace of mind). I have recommended her to several friends who are also now her happy (and healthy) patients..

Dr. Singh follow-up on the prescription for controlling cholesterol level, She agreed to a telephone consultation to avoid delay. Due to the current covid-19 situation, she order the blood test to be taken when possible. I believe Dr. Singh is very thorough and responsive to my needs.

Also it was nice to see the doctor you booked an appointment with, rather than a PA who works under them.

Waited about an hour to get bloodwork done, but since I had a dentist appointment this same day, I didn't think it would take over an hour just to get blood drawn, so I had to leave without getting my lab work done. Now I have to take another day off to come back for lab work. Dr. Singh has good bedside manner and is competent, but the wait time for any kind of lab work is completely negligent of patient care. I would have kept waiting if not for another appointment 2 hours later but I needed to leave before I missed my dentist appointment. No one gave us an estimate of wait time and no one came in to check on us. We just sat there for an indefinite amount of time before I looked at my watch and realized I had to leave so I don't miss my next appointment. Very disappointed with MedStar Health care.
