My visits were pleasurable (as far as seeing a dr). Dr Fonn was very personable, knowledgeable and most of all compassionate. My honest opinion Dr. Fonn is a lifesaver, he knew that I was very nervous about my procedure/surgery, he assured me that he would take good care of me and I was actually at ease with my surgery ! I can honestly say that I owe him so much for what he done for me. No words, nor gratitude can be expressed.
Personable, professional, and highly informative. Takes the time to actually listen to all of your concerns and questions, and doesn't rush to a "quick-Fix" diagnosis. Truly wants to assist and help ensure you can get back to the quality of lifeyou deserve. 1000/10 recommend!

Hello, I am Dr. Fonn. I was born and raised in a small Christian community in India. From an early age I knew I wanted to become a doctor and so I dedicated my education to learning everything I could so I would be the best possible doctor. It did not take me long to realize neurosurgery was the field I wanted to study. In 2009, I founded Midwest Neurosurgeons and in 2012, I opened Midwest Surgery Center. Opening the surgery center has been a dream of mine for years. The Surgery Center allows me the opportunity to provide surgeries for my patients in an outpatient setting. As an outpatient ambulatory surgery center that specializes in neurosurgery, I am able to give our patients the quality of care they have come to expect from Midwest Neurosurgeons and myself. I have always prided myself in helping my patients get back to their lives as quickly as possible; the Midwest Surgery Center helps me accomplish that goal.

Dr Fonn has taken care of for 4 yrs & did my back surgery. He takes good care of me the people who work here are nice to me too. He's an excellent surgeon Dr. I'd have been in a wheelchair if he hadn't fixed me. I always have good visits.

I had seen a previous Dr. of Neurology found nothing Dr. Fonn was the first Dr. that knew where pain came from & where the pain was in my legs. Bedside manner excellent - Visit was 2 hours - Explained the condition very thoroughly. Feeling better for a healthier future.
