Dr. Flowers graduated cum laude from the University of Houston before earning her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC. She graduated with honors at the top of her class and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. Dr. Flowers completed an internal medicine internship at Georgetown University Hospital/Washington Hospital Center before serving her dermatology residency at Howard University. Additionally, Dr. Flowers completed a laser and cosmetic fellowship listed with the American Academy of Dermatology at Advanced Dermatology P.C. in New York and completed research in conjunction with the New Age Skin Research Foundation. When I walked out of my first appointment with Dr Flowers I felt very satisfied that with her plan of action I would finally be able to be happy with my skin again! Dr Flowers was so friendly and nice, she made me feel comfortable and confident that I can beat this! I would highly recommend anyone to see her if they ever needed a dermatologist. Dr Flowers is awesome, her phys assit was super nice and the office had an over joyous atmosphere.

To be fair, I waited a bit longer than expected... but it was so well worth it!
Dr. Flowers is wonderfully personable, able to patiently field all of your questions, and is open to patient suggestion when it comes to your care plan. That's a major plus in my book.
Being able to discuss and contribute to your treatment allows you to feel much more involved as a patient. Suddenly you become a participant!
I love the fact that Doctor Flowers is so receptive and willing to discuss and consider. Physicians who have long been practicing would do well to learn from her. Modern patient care includes patient interaction!
Great office staff, as well. I will absolutely be recommending Dr. Flowers to my friends and acquaintances.
