I liked how she got straight to the point with every questions I asked and at the same time didn't make me feel rushed with my list of questions. She seemed happy to answer everything and also gave us some additional information on some items that I wasn't even thinking about. I love it when an appointment goes very efficiently and I feel like that's how this appointment went.

5 min wait to be called in. 10 min wait to be seen by Dr Hwang. Time is precious and I am glad I did not spend over an hour there! I like that lab results are posted on their portal when you log in.
