Dr. Kanna was very thorough and went over my medical history with me in depth. She listened to everything I had to say. I did feel a bit rushed, however, and more like just another patient to be seen rather than a person. We did have a nice conversation, though. She was alright.

The office was amazing and there was no wait time. Even has a new patient I was seen in less then a week and the doctor was very nice and asked me a lot of questions and made sure I was comfortable with the process forward.

Dr. S. Kanna was lovely to speak with, compassionate and friendly. She was thorough and engaged. An engaged physician is essential so that the patient feels safe and secure and included in their medical care. She listened to what I had to say, answered all my questions, provided a plan for my future care and asked if I had any other questions several times before the appointment ended. I would highly recommend.
I have been to that office several times the staff is always friendly, the office is clean and the wait time is always reasonable.

I had an original appointment for 3:20. I was called and asked if I could come to an earlier appointment. I explained I had an additional appointment for blood work and the lady explained that they can take my blood for me at the office. I accepted the earlier appointment. When I arrived the nurse who greeted me was very sweet. When the doctor came in the room I explained my stomach issues and told her I was in serious pain. She told me that there was nothing they could do for me at that visit that I would have to wait before they do any testing. I told her I had an ultrasound done the day before my appointment. She left me in the room for over a half hour to go get the results. In that time I was able to pull up my results and I alerted a nurse that I had them. The nurse was rude and when I told her I was waiting and wanted my bloodwork drawn while I waited for the doctor to come back she gave me an attitude and said they didn’t do that at the office that I would need an appointment in the hospital lab. I insisted that they get me an appointment being I canceled mine to come to an earlier doctor visit for their connivence.
The Doctor was unprofessional and never even examined me. When I asked her what I should do because I’m in pain she said “you should go to the ER.”
Will not be returning, the point of a specialist is to investigate and find further causes to pain and discomfort NOT to push their patient to the ER.

The office was fine, Dr. Kanna was nice and a good listener and knowledgeable . My one qualm was that the waiting room was locked even though it was empty. And when I called they forgot to let me in. I had to call again because I knew I had forms to fill out. I feel like at this point in the pandemic they can let people sit in the waiting room, atleast vaccinated people. She was very attentive, explained the check-up process step by step and provided a very thorough, affordable and easy to follow treatment recommendation while also including time frames.
