The wait was rather long, close to 90 minutes.
They asked me to take a urine test, which I did not think was necessary, but afterwards they had be wait in the office/lab area, instead of the waiting room, which was packed. It seemed to violate patients privacy.
Ultimately the doctor was unable to help me, so it was a waste of time and money.

He was very nice and listened to everything I said. He never questioned why my boyfriend was in the office with me and was happy to speak to both of us openly. His entire demeanor just made a urology appointment as non-embarrassing as possible.

When I arrived at the office, the receptionist didn't seem to have my appointment from Zoc Doc on file. She claimed I may need to wait an extra half hour until the doctor came in for the day. Fortunately I did not end up having to wait long, as he arrived shortly after this. I was peeved that though I had received a confirmation, they seemingly didn't have my information.

I felt Dr. Spencer was quite indifferent and did not explain my condition and treatment well. He did not answer my questions clearly but shrug his shoulders and did not even ask if I have any questions or concerns, which I find unprofessional as we all worry about our health and look up to the doctors to take care of us.
He seems to be a nice person but as a doctor I did not feel comfortable with him at all.
