My first visit and it was a very positive experience. Switched to Dr. Yanamandala after being dissatisfied with another local ENT. Found Dr. Y through ZocDoc and was happy that he had appts. available immediately. His staff checked my insurance one day prior to minimize my wait time for my appt. Everybody was friendly and professional and Dr. Y seems to have genuine interst in his patients' well-being.

Was very impressed with the Doctor and office staff. As a 1st time patient, other than filling up the usual paper works, I was attended to by Dr. Srinivas right away. Adding to this, the patient service ladies were so accommodating and nice.

I would recommend Dr. Yanamadala to anyone that asks about a hearing problem. He is so gentle and caring.
Next year I am going to change my insurance to the regular Anthem so that I can make appointments with him.
I thought that Dr. Yanamadale would be calling me regarding the transfer of the paperwork from Dr. Levine. I was really hoping to hear from him.
