It was very easy to make this first time patient appointment on Zocdoc. When I walked into the office, we were greeted by the very friendly front desk gentleman. We filled out paperwork and were immediately called to the back. Stacy Fears, NP, treated us with great care and concern. She reviewed everything from A to Z and told us that she wanted to get to know us as a whole instead of just for the current issue at hand. She was extremely knowledgeable on every single issue that I had. I repeatedly asked her if she was a doctor because she was so caring and extremely thorough. To increase our knowledge on our issue, she printed documentation for us to take home. She is an extremely pleasant person with a very positive attitude. She made me feel so much better after leaving her office. No matter what you're going through, you will leave her office with a smile on your face. She is the kind of person you would need on your team to take care of you. She's not there to judge or belittle anyone; she's there to take care of you and get you feeling and looking better. I highly recommend her.

NP Fears, is/was a fantastic provider. She was always wonderful to speak with, and was probably the most conscientious and attentive medical provider that I have ever met with.
However, she seems to have ghosted! I am not sure if her practice moved, closed, or if she's gone into another practice. My last several requests for an appointment went unanswered. I am in no way asserting that anything nefarious or unethical was/is going on; she just disappeared!
Aside from that, I could not recommend her highly enough. I do hope that she's simply changed or practice type and/or location, and that she is resuming normal practice wherever she is.

I actually enjoyed my visit with Stacey. She was very welcoming and informative. She made me feel extremely comfortable. I'm usually very nervous about first appointments with a new doctor, but amazingly I did not feel this way during this visit. Stacey is extremely knowledgeable, and she answered all of my questions. I don't know what else to say other than this place is amazing and I have finally found a healthcare home. These ladies made me feel at ease and listened and I felt like a person not another number. I've never left an appointment and felt as hopeful as I do about the advise given to me or the treatment recommended. I would first like to say that the office is very nicely decorated, clean and is extremely femine which is such a plus when visiting a gynocologist office. Anna -the RN was such a pleasure to chat with and greets you with such enthusiasm and passion. She starts the process of amazing customer service and bed side manner. She is really awesome! NP Fears is absolutely amazing. When she entered the room I immediately felt at ease. She is very knowledgeable, very attentive and she has a really gentle touch which is much appreciated! Overall my visit was great and I am happy to feel that I have found a trusted gyno..finally!! Excellent service ladies!

The staff was extremely friendly and the doctor was very thorough. The office environment was clean and relaxing. The doctor showed great concern about my health, she also ensured my prescription was sent to the pharmacy before leaving the office, and she also followed up with me days later to check on me. Ms Fears was able to relate to my child so that he understood what was going on and why. This is much appreciated to alleviate any fears of my children going to the "Doctor". We were seen right away and were pleased with the diagnosis and treatment plan.

My visit was exceptional, and I can honestly say I never thought I would feel that way about any healthcare practice. What I was impressed with was The NP Stacey Fears didn't just rush me in and out with a quick diagnosis and prescription in hand.
She took the time to do an extensive profile of my daily routine and gave ways and suggestion on how to improve my overall health and wellness without making me feel invaded upon. They even went as far as to talk to me about payment options as it pertained to my lack of health insurance.
I had a feeling right from the beginning of entering the office that my experience was going to be unique just the feel of the atmosphere and the decor of the office which gave me a feeling of well-being and peace of mind.

Mrs. Fears Nurse Practitioner had been exceptional with the care she has provided to my family. She has been concise with the care she provided to my children. Her compassion exudes through her effective listening and understanding for her patients. All and all it was a wonderful experience.
