She has obtain an FitAerobics National Championship in her early 20’s. She appeared on Merv Griffin talk show, Fit magazine, FitAerobics magazine, Wall street, Mercury newspaper, Korea Times newspaper.
Throughout life, she was very ill that she reached to the point where no doctors could cure her. So, she was forced to experiment with her body to cure herself. Through this experiment, she has learned a lot. Along with her academic background, she applies her experiences and findings to her patients with great success.
